Posterous

I’m giving Posterous a shot. Posterous is a sweet blogging service (much like Tumblr for my uses), but allows me to update it easily through quickly dispatched emails. I know I continually change services and it can become a pain, but I’m on a never ending hunt for the perfect blogging service, and until I find the perfect one I’m just going to have to keep trying different ones out. I initially updated Tumblr frequently, but over time it became tedious to have to visit another site to create a post. The selling feature of Posterous is the easy to use email-posting feature, and it is something I think I would make great use of.While Tumblr offers the same email-to-post functionality, it doesn’t work nearly as well. The images and text would become broken, which is something that Posterous doesn’t have a problem with. Tumblr also has some strange text formatting issues, especially with line breaks, that are beginning to get on my nerves. I urge everyone to bookmark my Posterous page and follow me there. If you would prefer to stick with Tumblr, I am giving everyone that option. I have Posterous forward all of my posts to Tumblr so that you can either continue following me there, or use that as a reminder that I am on Posterous now. Thanks everyone for the support. :)
